1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or purchasing a DIGITALPRO product, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms, the linked policies, and the specific conditions shown before payment.
2. Seller
The products are sold by DIGITAL PROCESSADORA DE PAGAMENTOS ONLINE LTDA, Brazilian Company Registration (CNPJ) 49.171.953/0001-01, with registered address at Rua Santo Antonio, nº 765, Casa, PQ. IND. E RES. BELA VISTA — Paicandu, Paraná 87140-000 — Brazil.
3. Digital products
Products may include online courses, video lessons, e-books, guides, PDFs, exercises, educational applications, and digital tools. The specific content, language, technical requirements, and access period are described on the applicable product page.
4. Prices, currencies, and taxes
The price and currency are displayed before purchase. When currency conversion, bank fees, taxes, or card-issuer charges apply, those amounts may be calculated by third parties and are not controlled by DIGITALPRO.
5. Payment
Products currently offered are sold through one-time payments. Processing is performed by specialized independent providers. A purchase may be declined, reviewed, or canceled in cases of suspected fraud, error, unavailability, or payment-method requirements.
6. Delivery and access
After approval, instructions are emailed for access through an external members area. The standard access period is 12 months. Customers are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact information.
7. License to use
A purchase grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the content for educational purposes. A purchase does not transfer copyrights, trademarks, source code, methodologies, or any other intellectual-property rights.
8. Prohibited uses

9. Refunds
Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days after purchase, as described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

11. Availability and changes

12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DIGITALPRO is not responsible for failures caused by third parties, internet connections, incompatible devices, misuse, force majeure, or failure to follow instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer’s jurisdiction. The parties will seek an amicable solution through customer support before pursuing other available remedies.
